Oíche Shamhna Shona Duit!

Pumpkin soup on the menu tonight, with the very last tomatoes of the season and my own garlic and chilli flakes.  Then grilled rashers and colcannon (mashed spuds with cooked kale and onion through it) and tea and brack for afters.  Hallowe'en is all about the food!

  2. Hi Rooko - I'm not sure there's even meant to be whiskey in brack!! Fruitcake yes, brack no. But it was very nice all the same :-)
